“Although resort was quite big and full of activities, however rooms were not good. There was no water facility in the room. We were asked to fill the water from washroom. Water kettle was not properly cleaned. So overall experience was not good.”

“The space is extremely small—it's hard to even turn around inside. There’s no microwave and no fridge. Breakfast? What breakfast? The staff never mentioned breakfast at all; I only found out it was supposed to be included when I was writing the review. It was a very uncomfortable stay.”

“it was tidy , bathroom had a nice new vanity although in the shower it had black mold . definitely needs a little tlc in the shower. as we entered it did look a little bit abandoned but later on it was fulled with people staying you can hear literally everything the people beside you are saying”

“Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!”
